We want you to love your UltraFrame™, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! 😊

Our Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your UltraFrame™ to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • 🏷️ In the same condition you received it – unworn or unused
  • 📦 In its original packaging, with tags
  • 🧾 Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How Returns Work
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label 📩 and easy instructions on how to send it back.

⚠️ Heads-up—items sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Received something that’s damaged or not what you ordered? Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away at customercare@theultraframe.com so we can make it right.

Items That Can't Be Returned
Some things can't be returned, like:

  • ✨ Custom or personalized items
  • 🏷️ Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it—no questions asked. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

Refunds 💳
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

💡 Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take a little longer to post the refund.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, drop us a message at customercare@theultraframe.com, and we’ll fix it for you.
